The North American gaming industry recently learned the names of the top casino destinations at the 2021 World Casino Awards, and surprisingly, no winners are in Las Vegas. In its prestigious latest edition of the 2021 World Casino Awards, Delago Resort & Casino was recognized for its outstanding amenities and services through several awards and honored as the Best Casino in North America and Best Casino Hotel in New York.
Lance Young, vice president and general manager of Waterloo Game Properties, said the management is honored to be recognized as the best casino on the continent and in the Empire State. He said the honor further solidifies the casino’s position as the top gaming destination in the state and country and is the result of the team’s efforts and determination.
In addition to three honors at the 2021 World Casino Awards, Central New York Resort has won several 2022 Best of Dining and Nightlife Awards. It is organized by Casino Play Magazine and voted for by fans. At this year’s ceremony, the casino won the People’s Watch for Best Comprehensive Service, Best Seafood, Best Pizza, and Best Places.
